Industrial casting, is a business unit of INVERSIONES JOTAGALLO S.A, With a history of 80 years in business, serving the various sectors of industry, including the agricultural sector, companies Utilities (water, sewage and Telephony) and Crushed Cement Industry, Petroleum Industry, Gas and for all the Metallurgical Industry in general.

We handle a flexible capacity and our production process. Our induction furnaces, high frequency unit with a capacity of 400 Kg. liquid metal, equivalent to the cast piece to approximately 300 kg net, with the possibility of working with two ovens in sequence for castings up to 600 kg.

We have a department of pattern shop, where we make the model of the piece that the client requests according to a plane or an original sample. We have a section of molding chemical Pep-set system (Autofraguantes Resins), with automatic mixer scraper and sand, heat treatment section, annealing, quenching and tempering standard, section lines cutting polishing, cleaning and blasting. Everything to offer the most comprehensive service to our customers
